Terms of service
1. Agreement
By using EatClic’s websites and apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
EatClic operates a marketplace for discovering restaurants, placing orders, and coordinating delivery where available. Restaurants are responsible for food preparation, pricing shown on their menus (except where clearly stated otherwise), and compliance with applicable regulations.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account unless you notify us of unauthorised use.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you enter a direct relationship with the restaurant for the supply of goods. Availability, allergens, preparation times, and cash or in-app payment flows are as shown at checkout and may depend on the restaurant and local practices.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Events outside our reasonable control (weather, traffic, force majeure) may affect fulfilment.
6. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the platform, harass users or staff, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
EatClic branding, software, and content we provide remain our property or our licensors’. You receive a limited licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial ordering unless otherwise agreed.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties implied by law except where they cannot be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EatClic’s aggregate liability arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited as appropriate under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms; material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the “Last updated” date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
12. Contact
Need help or have a question? You will find our email address and phone number at the bottom of eatclic.com.
13. Legal review
These terms are a draft framework. Restaurants and partners may require separate commercial agreements. Obtain qualified legal review before relying on this text as final.
